There were two dominant performances in the latest Gravel In Paradise race.

The Gravel Muster in Middlemarch was the third race of the 2025 series.

A total of 109 riders took part in what series manager Grant Campbell described as an "absolutely stellar" event.

"We tried to critique the event on the way home in the car [after the event] and we couldn’t.

"It was absolutely faultless."

Jeremy Pressbury set a circuit record with his time of 1hr 51min, a whopping six minutes ahead of second place.

"He absolutely obliterated them," Campbell said.

Charlotte Clarke, of Timaru, won her third straight race in the women’s championship class.

Campbell said she "probably can’t be pipped" in the series, even with one more race remaining.

The men’s series title, on the other hand, was wide open, he said.

"Going in to the last round, apart from Charlotte, it’s up for grabs for anyone."

James Wilson is the tour leader as it stands but Pressbury, Toby Roberts and Chris Nevill are not far behind.

The overall series is decided by combining each rider’s best three times of the four-race series.

All eyes will be on the fourth and final race, the White Rocks in Enfield, in the first weekend of May.
