Former board chairman Phil Hope, who stands down in rotation, is seeking re-election, as he is entitled to.
Others standing are Allan Dick, Graham Keep, Donna Ogilvy (Demente), Keith Stevens and Richard Vinbrux.
The other vacancies are for Graeme Martin, who is standing down, and Scott Elliffe, who resigned last year.
A postal ballot will be held. Voting papers will go out soon and the result will be announced at the annual meeting on March 26.
Board members who continue in office are chairman Marcus Brown, Graeme Clark, Peter Garvan and Bruce Petry.
