Robinson, who won gold in the F46 javelin at the Tokyo Paralympics last year, visited Weston School and Totara School with her javelin, gold medal and Olympic memorabilia for the pupils to see up close.
After speaking about her time at the Paralympics, and showing the pupils photos, they were able to ask questions and engage with her.
Robinson, who did a lot of work in schools in her home city, Dunedin, said it was great to spread the word to North Otago.
"It’s been really cool. All the kids have been so lovely and super excited," she said.
Robinson will visit both schools again at the end of the month.
