Arresting performance

Lieutenant Lou the roving clown (Louise Kerr) gets ready to provide some entertainment at the Friendly Bay Family Fun Day in Oamaru on Saturday.

Co-ordinated by the Waitaki District Council each year, the free event has many attractions including face painting, bouncy castles, the Noddy train and live music and food stalls.

More than 2000 people attended.
