Parties involved in Meridian Energy's appeal to the High Court of an Environment Court decision declining consents for its Project Hayes wind farm will have their first teleconference on December 14.
A timetable for proceedings will be finalised during the conference.
To date no deadlines had been made for initial disclosure.
On Friday, Meridian lodged its 21-page notice of appeal with the High Court at Dunedin, about an hour before its deadline to do so.
Meridian's proposed $2 billion Project Hayes wind farm, comprising 176 turbines on the Lammermoor Range in Central Otago, was declined consents by the Environment Court in a 350-page decision released on November 6.
The company's appeal can only address points of law.
Long-time opponents of the wind farm proposal were disappointed but not surprised Meridian was seeking to have the Environment Court decision overturned.
