The size of a proposed subdivision in Waikerikeri Valley Rd near Alexandra has been reduced by the Environment Court.
MDC Otago Ltd applied to subdivide almost 20ha into five lots on the corner of Waikerikeri Valley Rd and Springvale Rd.
The council refused the application last November.
Judge Jon Jackson has approved the subdivision, but reduced the five lots to three lots of 8.0ha, 8.4ha and 3.4ha.
Conditions include the upgrade of the access to serve lot 1 and colour restrictions on buildings.
