Christmas came early for four Central Otago property developers, who have been granted consents by the Central Otago District Council for residential subdivisions at Tarras, Roxburgh, Bannockburn, and Cromwell.
The consents allow developers to create a total of 10 sections out of their four separate properties.
Ardgour resident and Raukura Ltd director David Power was granted subdivision and land use consent to create three lots on property fronting Ardgour Rd, subject to a total of 40 conditions.
The proposed subdivision site comprises about 18ha of fenced paddocks and is located about 6km from the State Highway 8 turn-off at the Lindis Crossing bridge near Tarras.
Malcolm and Janet Weatherall received subdivision consent to divide their 1.5ha Tamblyn Rd property at Lake Roxburgh Village into two lots.
Consent was granted subject to 13 conditions.
Malcolm and Robyn Reynolds, of Auckland, were granted subdivision and land use consent to create two allotments on property adjacent to Pearson Rd and State Highway 6 at Ripponvale near Cromwell.
Consents were granted subject to a total of 10 conditions.
The King Family Trust received subdivision and land use consent for a three-lot subdivision in Panners Cove near Bannockburn, on land subject to a hazard notation.
