Parties are being urged to register their involvement in a liquidation hearing for Alexandra Stone Ltd, which is scheduled to be heard in the High Court at Dunedin next month.
The Commissioner of Inland Revenue filed an application to the High Court to have the Central Otago company put into liquidation, on February 15.
Inland Revenue solicitor Kasey Reid, of Christchurch, said details were not publicly available.
Those wanting to be party to the April 12 liquidation hearing were advised to apply to the High Court at Dunedin no later than two working days before, she said.
David Grant, of Alexandra, is listed as the director of Alexandra Stone Ltd on the New Zealand Companies Office database.
Mr Grant is also listed as a shareholder of the company, along with his parents William Hill Grant and Gillian Grant of Alexandra, William Edwin John Grant of Queenstown, Kirsty Hewitt of Wanaka, and Barbara Grant of Christchurch.
Mr Grant is also listed as the director of William Hill Winery Ltd, which is in receivership.
He declined to comment when contacted by the Otago Daily Times this week.
All six shareholders of Alexandra Stone Ltd are also listed as the sole shareholders of the Alexandra vineyard company, which was established in 1973 by William and Gillian Grant.
William Hill Winery was put into receivership in May last year, owing more than $5 million to creditors.
It has continued to trade since being placed in receivership.
Receiver Peter Heenan, of WHK Cook Adam Ward Wilson, said the property was still being marketed for sale, and receivers were working with interested parties.
"There has been some interest in some of the land. The property is still just being marketed by private treaty," he said.
Mr Heenan said no acceptable tenders were received on the property last year when the business, associated land, and buildings were first advertised for sale.
