Waikerikeri Valley artist Richard Parsons was second with his oil painting titled Dunstan Range Afternoon Light and Denis Kent, from Alexandra, was third with his oil Clearing Rain Haast Pass.
Merit awards were given to Maurice Middleditch, from Cromwell, for Harbour Cone from Highcliff Road and Ross Campbell, from Lauder, for Autumn Pond Reflections.
The young adult section was won by Saskia Nickless, from Dunedin, with Roxburgh Mud House and Kate Smith, from Alexandra, received a merit award for her still-life acrylic work.
