Dunedin IceBreaker Challenge competitors paddle outrigger canoes at the start of a 10km race on Otago Harbour on Saturday.
Fire in Ice Outrigger Canoe Club committee member Morna Picard, of Dunedin said 130 paddlers, from Invercargill to Christchurch, competed over two days from Saturday.
The event was in its 16th year.
The main races - a 21km men's race and an 18km race for women and mixed teams - were held yesterday.
