The Kirk Larsen-trained pacer, named after a bounty hunter in one of the Star Wars movies, adds to a very complicated mix for the $9000 Summer Cup at Ascot Park, where he joins Sheeza Shark, The Wrath Of Robyn and Ted West on a 10m handicap.
Larsen was pleased with the Western Ideal entire's impressive sixth behind Johnny Fox in the group 3 Invercargill Cup on January 24.
''He didn't have a lot of luck last start but he ran on good,'' Larsen said.
Larsen does have a minor concern about the three weeks between races, while all but one of the remainder of the field raced in February, but hopes a bout of fast work should have tightened up the 4yr-old.
''I took him up to the Winton track and gave him a good hit-out last week and he seems good and he's worked good since. He hasn't had a race for a while, but other than that, he's pretty well.''
The strong 10m line is followed up by Devil May Care and Al Raza off 20m, and Better To be Bad off 30m, while the front line of Twilight Franco, My Guy Mac and Char Do Neigh all add to the puzzle.
''You're up in that league and they're all not bad horses, but I'd like to think he'd have a forward showing anyhow,'' Larsen said.
Bootie Bromac has an awkward draw to overcome in the Southern Belle Speed Series heat, but Larsen feel the second-line draw could work out to be a godsend.
''Two on the second row will really suit her. She's better following speed early and if they go hard, she'll get over the top of them. If they don't go hard, we'll be in trouble.''
Risk Factor (race 5) is in a hot c2 2700m field, headlined by Costa Del Magnifico, but Larsen is not ruling out his chances.
''If he gets the rub of the green, he'll be thereabouts - he worked really good this morning. I definitely wouldn't leave him out of your First4s anyway.''
