Burlesk Dunedin is returning to Cromwell for the first time in three years, as a part of its Velvet Vaudeville tour.

Show organiser and performer Jersey Rhein said this year's show would include more circus acts, as well as burlesque and cabaret similar to previous shows.

Just over half the tickets for the Cromwell show have been sold.

Rhein hoped there would be a good crowd at the show, which is being hosted at The Gate Conference Centre on November 29.

Rhein said the previous showin Cromwell was well received and attendees should expect a "good night out", with something for everyone at the R18 event.

To those who attended the previous show in 2021, Rhein said that there were some familiar faces returning.

Paul Klass and Oblivion Westwood are among the performers at the show.

Last year they performed 75 shows in 17 days at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland.
