Big refresh for iconic brand

In a landmark week for global jewellery chain Michael Hill, its long-established Queenstown CBD store has been transformed into its first new-concept New Zealand store.

The relaunch was celebrated at a glittering function last night co-hosted by its founders, Arrowtown-based Sir Michael and Lady Christine Hill, and attended by celebrities including Kiwi muso Stan Walker and just-retired rugby league legend Shaun Johnson.

Sir Michael himself has thoroughly worked through all elements of the brand refresh to align them to its history, which dates back to 1979.

The store refresh is the first of many that’ll be rolled out around NZ.

Alongside the rebranded stores are a new-look logo, website and social media presence.
