Alpine Aqualand's lap lanes will be fully operational again from Wednesday, Lakes Leisure acting general manager Alex Caldwell said.
The lap pool was closed on Thursday after a pressure lining fault was identified.
The pool was drained overnight and by Friday afternoon the cause of the problem was identified and the repair had been carried out.
Project manager Ken Gousmett said a blocked inlet valve was responsible for the problem.
"The pressure built up and finally resulted in the lining lifting.
"The repair itself was very straightforward and no damage to the liner was reported," Mr Gousmett said.
It would take two days to refill the pool and a further two days until it reached the required temperature of 27degC.
