The King Country shearer became the first person in 40 years to hold world nine-hour strongwool shearing records for ewes and lambs at the same time.
She set the nine-hour record for ewes at Centrehill Station, near Mossburn, on Friday.
In the same woolshed, Bond set a record, shearing 720 lambs on December 19 last year.
The record of 458 ewes on Friday was six more than the previous record of 452 shorn by Kerri-Jo Te Huia in a Wairarapa woolshed six years ago.
Te Huia had shorn 101 in the opening two-hour run from the 5am and followed-up with successive runs of 90, 87, 86, and 88.
Bond opened with 98, followed by runs of 91, 88, 91 and 90.
She started the day needing to shear an average of slightly more than 12.5 ewes every 25 minutes.
To break the record she clipped 459 ewes but one was ruled out by the World Sheep Shearing Record Society judges.
She averaged 12.75 ewes every 25 minutes and had an average quality rating of 11.05 penalties, comfortably within the limit of 12.
