Healthy alfresco fare

Seren Williams (2) shares healthy food with her mother, Julie Williams, during a family evening at Bear Park St Clair early childhood education centre, in Dunedin, yesterday.

The evening was part of the Heart Foundation 5+ A Day Challenge and involved a range of activities and a healthy pot-luck dinner for children.

Bear Park is working towards the Heart Foundation Pa-Harakeke Heart Award - the foundation's highest award at early childhood education level.
