About 60 Queenstown Primary School pupils in years 6 to 8 give other pupils and parents a preview on Friday of the outer space-themed dance routine they will perform for ''Stars on Stage'' in the Regent Theatre, Dunedin, this week.
The children and teachers Alice Cannan, Lara Kirk and Fiona Stephenson worked hard all term to perfect the fun, costumed, body-rocking spectacle to the cosmic-themed tunes of Intergalactic, Fly Me to the Moon, Space Jam and the theme from Flash Gordon.
It will be the second time pupils from the Queenstown school have performed among more than 2000 Otago children in the non-competitive, two-yearly showcase.
