The lineup will include band founders Mick Fleetwood and John McVie, and big names Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham.
They will play in Auckland on December 6, with tickets going on sale on June 13.
The announcement comes as a legal dispute intensifies over the group's cancelled gig in Dunedin.
Fleetwood Mac were to play in the southern city in December until a change in promoter - from McManus Entertainment to Live Nation Entertainment - meant the band pulled out.
McManus was stung with a $50,000 cancellation fee from Forsyth Barr Stadium management, which it said this week it would fight in court.
New promotor Live Nation Entertainment has promised Aucklanders an "extraordinary show including exquisite harmonies, incomparable chemistry, sleek perfection and classic hits".
The tour of Australia and New Zealand will begin on November 10 in Sydney, and will end with the Auckland show.
The band, who have global album sales of more than 100 million, were last in New Zealand in 2009, for two shows at New Plymouth's Brooklands Bowl.
