Swimming lessons at Dunedin’s Moana Pool have fallen victim to Covid-19.
The Just Swim lessons have been suspended and will be reviewed at the end of March, the Dunedin City Council confirmed yesterday.
The impact of Covid-19 on council services had been limited so far to aquatic services, including temporary closure of the Port Chalmers pool, a spokesman said.
"This closure has allowed staff from that pool to be redeployed to keep Moana Pool open."
