Jessy Lawrence, of the Otago 13s girls team, competes in the age grade rugby league tournament in Invercargill at the weekend. The city hosted dozens of promising players from around the South Island for games, skills sessions and an insight into how the code works. Another tournament for older players is being held this weekend.
