Harbour survived a quiet start and some ill discipline to beat Zingari-Richmond 40-17 at Watson Park this afternoon.
The Hawks lost two players to the bin in the opening 40 minutes and trailed 17-12 at the break.
But centre Sala Halaleva started to get a lot of traction down the right flank. He scored one and helped create two more as his side ran away to win by more than 20 points.
Dunedin continued its resurgence with a 31-28 win against the previously unbeaten Kaikorai at Bishopscourt.
Green Island edged Alhambra-Union 29-20 at the North Ground and University returned to form with a convincing 35-12 win against Taieri at the University of Otago Oval.
