Kim Dotcom's extradition hearing has been put off until next year.
It was due to start at the North Shore District Court on August 6 and was set down for three weeks.
The hearing is now scheduled for March.
Dotcom's New Zealand based lawyer said that schedule was not possible given the legal activity surrounding the case.
The ruling that the raid on his Coatsville mansion was illegal has resulted in more court action that is ongoing.
The FBI is trying to get the internet mogul back to the US to face charges, including copyright infringement on his website, Megaupload.
