A car was abandoned after rolling and ending up on its roof on the Otago Peninsula early today.
Emergency services were called to Harington Point Rd at 4.44am after reports of a car rolling, a Fire and Emergency New Zealand spokesman said.
They found a car upside down, blocking both lanes, but nobody was at the scene.
The car was moved, and inquiries are ongoing.
