Dunedin's newest recycling hub is officially open for business.
The second of the city's three new recycling hubs was officially opened this morning, with a "ribbon-pulling" ceremony.
The Dunedin City Council has installed the hub on the corner of Forth and St David Streets, in collaboration with the Otago Polytechnic.

$80,000 per hub? or the lot, somebody has applied a DCC tac to the manufacture of them if that is per Hub.
Give it a few weeks and it will look like the area around clothes collection boxes- full of rubbish....Seen these in a couple of countries and they do not work unless the populace follows rules, and we expect students to behave? I do expect a few couches to adorn the perimeters.
