Our orderlies transferred 1825 patients from ED
Southland Hospital trial a Hospital Passport to help improve discharge communication with patients, and increase the number of before-midday discharges.
The ‘Home Team’ service was launched in March meaning more patients are able to be cared for at home, or are able return home from hospital sooner with the support of the team.
