Wilson Contractors prepare land near Arrowtown before the construction of a road to access Waterfall Park.

Queenstown developer Chris Meehan's company, Waterfall Park Developments Ltd, was granted consent in June to construct the road, which will link to the Arrowtown-Lake Hayes Rd.

The road is required to access Mr Meehan's planned 380-room hotel and wellness centre at Waterfall Park. Winton Queenstown general manager Lauren Christie

said the road and landscaping associated with the first stage of the development would be completed next June.
