Ewen Kerry Macdonald is to reappear in the Palmerston North District Court today, charged with the murder of his brother-in-law Scott Guy.
Mr Guy, 31, was shot dead in the driveway of his Aorangi Road, Feilding, home on July 8 last year.
Macdonald, 30, is married to Mr Guy's sister Anna MacDonald and first appeared in court on April 8, nine months after the murder.
Macdonald has indicated he will defend the charge.
