In the pink for breast cancer fundraiser

Mrs Mirkin said it was a "fantastic" morning, and raised more than $450 for breast cancer research and support.

It was one of thousands across the country.

Guests all brought pink treats, including cupcakes, pinwheels and deviled eggs.

Mrs Mirkin said a family member died from breast cancer and she wanted to do all she could to rid the world of the "disgusting" disease.
