Arrowtown residents Alana Talbot and Jendi Paterson got their picture taken with the star of Ugly Betty, America Ferrera at Amisfield Wine Company on Saturday afternoon.
Ms Paterson told the Otago Daily Times she recognised Ferrera as soon as she entered Amisfield and, as Ferrera was getting ready to leave, asked to have a picture taken with her.
Ferrera had been in the resort for a week and flew out on Saturday afternoon, but told Ms Paterson and Ms Talbot she had had an "amazing" stay.
