Spring has sprung and with it comes the chance to give away your unwanted items, or restock your home with quality used goods for free.
The City Impact Church Queenstown is holding its third annual spring giveaway tomorrow., The event allows people to donate quality items they no longer want or need, to help others in the community.
Pastor Lynne Tankard said many people were moving into the community and it was often hard for them to afford household goods.
There were also others moving out of the area and the event was a great way for them to rid themselves of excess items.
"The whole essence of it is to bless the community and give everyone the opportunity to participate," she said.
Items can be dropped off at the church, on Hansen Rd, from 9am to 8pm today and before 11am tomorrow.
The event runs from 1pm to 3pm.
