You could be forgiven for thinking you had walked into a live scene from Where's Wally? if you were in Queenstown yesterday.
Hundreds of British and Irish Lions supporters, most dressed in matching red and white ensembles, have flocked to the resort in support of the squad, which arrived early on Sunday night.
And many seemed to spend most of yesterday hell-bent on trying to find the players.
Fresh from their win against the All Blacks in Wellington on Saturday, the players enjoyed a media-free day to explore the Lakes District and beyond, before beginning preparations for the final and deciding test in Auckland on Saturday.
A large number of the squad and management were transported across Lake Wakatipu by Queenstown Water Taxis yesterday, and some also took a trip on the company's jet-boat operation, ThunderJet.
Company sales and marketing manager Haley Kelly said they were "very laid back and chilled''.
The Otago Daily Times understands some of the players spent the day taking in the sights of Milford Sound, while others headed to the hills - figuratively and literally.
Some are understood to have gone skiing at the Remarkables, while others are believed to have played golf at The Hills, near Arrowtown.
Others went shopping and followed in the footsteps of almost every international rugby player who has visited the resort and joined the queue at Fergburger.
Last night Pog Mahones Irish Pub in Queenstown was packed with supporters.
Among them were six of a group of nine from South Yorkshire who have been planning their visit to New Zealand for a year.
Some of them arrived in Queenstown only yesterday afternoon and are scheduled to fly out today, determined to see as much as New Zealand as they can in a fortnight.
"New Zealand's been amazing,'' Susan Brown said.
"Everyone's just been brilliant.''
And as for the rugby?
"Terrible, then awesome,'' she said.
