Good-sport teachers endured small-scale water torture for Arrowtown School on Saturday.
Year 7 teacher Alice Denley and year 3 teacher Yvonne Culling were repeatedly soaked - at $2 a pop - in the ''dunk the teacher'' stand at the school's fair.
The teachers took 15-minute shifts. The fair, which also featured a Lakes District Air Rescue Trust helicopter and police car rides, as well as gourmet food stalls and kapa haka performances, raised $51,000.
