Where are they now?
KIERAN IRELAND
2012: Ireland won an NCEA geography scholarship in 2011 and in 2012 was studying politics and history papers at Massey University. He planned to study politics at Victoria University.
2022: A senior policy adviser for the Ministry of Transport in Wellington, Ireland has a bachelor of arts and a master of strategic studies, both from Victoria University. He has also had an article published in a peer-reviewed academic journal.
PAIGE AITCHESON
2012: A member of the Football South National Women’s League Team and the Technical A premier women’s team, Aitcheson planned to study physical education and possibly become a police officer.
2022: Aitcheson has a bachelor of physical education, with honours, and works in the production (load and haul) sector of the mining and resource industry in Perth. She does not currently play football but regularly goes to the gym and on day hikes.
