One person is dead and another critically injured after a crash in Christchurch early today.
Police were called to the single-vehicle crash on Summit Rd about 1.25am.
A police spokesperson said one person was killed and another sustained critical injuries.
"Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are under way," the spokesperson said.
