The estranged daughter of broadcaster Paul Holmes was facing charges including possession of methamphetamine, two charges of possessing ecstasy (a Class B drug) and one charge of receiving stolen property.
The charges were dropped in Auckland District Court today.
Charges she had faced in Papakura and Waitakere District Courts have also been dismissed. They included theft, possession of cannabis and charges of possessing methamphetamine.
Elder now faces one charge of driving while suspended, for which she is due to appear in Waitakere District Court tomorrow.
Elder's lawyer Jesse Soondram told the New Zealand Herald his client was relieved the saga was over.
He said he would have challenged the police search warrant if the charges were not withdrawn.
Two charges against Elder's partner, Headhunter Gang member Connor Morris, were also withdrawn today.
Police agreed to drop Elder's charges when Morris pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of methamphetamine and receiving a $3000 stolen laptop computer.
Morris was sentenced to 175 hours of community work by Judge Ian McHardy.
