Firefighters are at the scene of a large blaze in the Auckland suburb of Mt Eden.
Fire Service spokesman Jaron Phillips said crews were called to curtain manufacturer Lahood on Mt Eden Road about 9.40am.
Fifteen trucks are at the scene of the blaze, which Mr Phillips described as "large".
The fire is in the bottom floor of the two-storey building, which is about 30 x 50m.
Mt Eden Rd has been closed and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
Mr Phillips said there are no reports of injuries.
Mt Eden resident Robert Smith said thick smoke was bellowing from the building, making it difficult to see across the road.
