Dunedin rugged up for the 17th annual Dunedin Santa Parade today
The parade began with dancing girls and ended with a ``Merry Christmas everyone'' from Santa.
Organisers had a nervous start to the day when wet weather threatened to close in, but made a decision late morning to go ahead.
Crowds turned up despite a temperature MetService said was 10.8 DegC at 4pm, but which felt colder.
