Two injured in central city crash

Two people were injured in a two-car crash in central Dunedin last night.

Emergency services responded after a Mazda car and Toyota car crashed at the intersection of Castle and St Andrew Sts just after 9pm.

St John spokesman Ian Henderson said two people sustained minor injuries in the crash.

One was taken to the Dunedin Hospital emergency department and the other was treated at the scene.
