The buildings which comprised the former Cadbury factory are slowly being reduced in height, as demolition firm Ceres continues its work on levelling the site.

The factory is being cleared to make way for the new Dunedin Hospital.

"Stretch", a 74m high crawler crane, and two 20-tonne excavators are doing much of the heavy work, and Ceres staff are dismantling structures closer to neighbouring buildings by hand.
