Presenting the trust's latest report to this week's Dunedin City Council finance and strategy committee, trust development director Darren Burden said construction of level three of the south stand would begin next week, and would take four to six weeks to complete.
The first batch of concrete seating bleachers, being made in Oamaru, were on site, and would be in place in the next few weeks.
While 13 subcontracts had been signed, 18 had now been approved by the trust for work at a value of $90 million, and the five yet to be finally signed had been sent to main contractor Hawkins Construction for that purpose.
Asked by Cr Andrew Noone the value of those contracts to companies south of the Waitaki River, Mr Burden said it was about $50 million.
The report said more than 90% of the piling was complete, and that part of the construction would be finished "in the next month or so".
Private sector funding from membership products had hit $28.3 million, although commercial manager Guy Hedderwick said there had been $500,000 in sales since the report.
He told the committee his job was now easier with the stadium being built.
