SPCA fundraiser goes down a treat

SPCA Otago business development manager Anna Pettigrew said the fundraiser went ``fabulously'' in Otago.

She was ``thrilled'' with the 29 individuals and companies baking and selling cupcakes for the charity. The participation rate in Otago for the national fundraiser was up on previous years.

The final tally of money raised would be available in about two weeks.

The funds would help pay for the rebuild of the shelter in Opoho.
