The snow that is playing havoc around the South has affected the Dunedin Cadbury Chocolate Carnival, and shifts at the Dunedin factory have been cancelled.
Cancellations of Chocolate Carnival events scheduled to run today are:
Cadbury Crunchie Train
This train will now run on Wednesday at 8.30am. Those people with tickets can simply hold on to these and arrive at the Dunedin Railway Station Wednesday morning ready to depart on the Crunchie Train at 8.30am. If this does not suit ticket holders they are able to travel on the Taieri Gorge Train at 12.30pm Monday 25 July at no extra cost. Please note that this will not be a Crunchie Train.
If neither of those options suit, ticket holders can contact Taieri Gorge Railway 4774449 to arrange a refund
Chancarla Farm Park Open Day
This event has been postponed and will now be held on Wednesday from 10am to 3pm. Please bring your gumboots
