Dunedin Acro Yoga members Hannah Twigg(left), Kim McKeay, Jooske Honig, Annika Metua and Sarah Sellar create some controlled balanced shapes at the Dunedin Railway Station yesterday.

A group of eight acrobats have been telling stories with their bodies for their Fringe show The Hands That Bind Us.

Group spokeswoman Ms Sellar said the show was about ``trust and communication through acrobatics''.

``The moral is that we are all from different backgrounds, but we can all learn to trust each other.''

Acro yoga was a ``playful'' art form in which performers created shapes with each other, she said.

The group's final show is today at 5.30pm on the railway station lawn.

Attendees will later have the opportunity to try some moves themselves.
