She said this year people were going for more of a natural aesthetic instead of the classic single red rose. The red and pink flower combo was still a popular choice, but brighter colours were popping off, she said.
"I think the most we’ve sold is colourful bunches, which is great. I prefer making them, that’s for sure."
Her fridge was full because after Mother's Day and graduation, Valentine’s Day was one of the busiest days of the year for her.
She said the day after Valentine’s Day was also busy because of all those who were making up for forgetting the night before.
