Roadside boulder a hard place to park

A woman was left red-faced after failing to take a bend and leaving her Ford Falcon parked on a boulder on Blackhead Road yesterday morning.

The driver slid in wet conditions while driving towards Dunedin on a stretch of road near Blackhead Quarry.

She was uninjured in the crash.

A tow truck was used to remove her car from the boulder.
