Consultation has begun on a proposed network of cycle routes in Dunedin, which will eventually connect key destinations across the city.
The proposal, identified as a 20- to 30-year vision that could cost up to $30 million, was approved last week by the Dunedin City Council planning and environment committee.
Council transportation planning manager Sarah Connolly said feedback was now being sought on the proposed routes, routes that were missing or needed to be altered, treatments for each route and objectives for prioritising them.
Consultation closes on July 14.
