The Southern District Health Board’s executive team celebrated Pink Shirt Day yesterday, donning pink shirts in support of anti-bullying in the workplace.

They are (front row, from left) Chris Fleming (chief executive), Nigel Millar (chief medical officer), Kaye Cheetham (chief allied health, scientific and technical officer); (second row from left) Mike Collins (executive director people, culture and technology), Jane Wilson (chief nursing and midwifery officer); (third row from left) Rory Dowding (acting executive director strategy, primary and community), Nicola Mutch (executive director communications), Greer Harper (principal adviser); (back row from left) Patrick Ng (executive director specialist services), Gilbert Taurua (chief Maori health, strategy and improvement officer) and Janie Ellis (executive assistant).

Mr Collins said being visible and participating in Pink Shirt Day signalled the executive’s commitment to zero tolerance and aligned with its commitment to building a safe, positive and supportive culture at the DHB.
