No-one has been arrested in relation to the sexual assaults of two young women in a Dundas St flat earlier this year, but the investigation is ongoing, police say.
Officers were called to the address just before 9pm on March 17 after a man walked into a room where the two women were and allegedly sexually assaulted them sometime between 8pm and 8.30pm.
Police said they were following ``strong leads'' a week following the attack, but yesterday confirmed no arrests had been made.
``Police are still investigating the Dundas St incident,'' Detective Sergeant John MacDade, of Dunedin CIB, said.
``There have been no arrests in relation to this, however police are still making inquiries and the file remains open.''
Police said they could not elaborate.
