Police want to hear from anyone who saw a man acting suspiciously in Dunedin yesterday.
Senior Sergeant Craig Dinnissen, of Dunedin, said a man was seen acting suspiciously in the car park area near the Pineapple Track at Whare Flat Rd about noon.
The man was European, aged in his late 50s or early 60s, about 168cm tall with grey or white receding hair and had white stubble on his face.
The man was ‘‘not thin, possibly sporting a pot belly'' and was driving a white station wagon.
He was wearing a blue check, two-tone, button-up, short-sleeved shirt, light-coloured shorts and a wide-brimmed hat made from a flax-like straw.
