Highlanders management says it is working to deal with what it described as a technical issue, after long queues upset some spectators last week.
Some entry queues for the Highlanders v Blues game at the Forsyth Barr Stadium were longer than usual.
Highlanders general manager Greg O'Brien said on Friday night any issues would be picked up and dealt with in a regular debriefing after the game.
Yesterday, he said work to deal with the situation had begun.
"There apparently was some delay experienced. The issue was a technical one, and we're working through that.''
He said it was too early to identify exactly what the problem was.
